Behind the scenes with Pepsi and Shirlie at an OK Magazine shoot
Last month I was excited and honoured to be invited by Pepsi and Shirlie to go behind the scenes at their OK Magazine shoot. These beautiful 80s pop icons have been busy preparing for the promotion of promotion of the release of Wham! The Final CD, that marks the 25th anniversary of their farewell compilation album from 1986. Theres a great article about it all on the Shapers of the 80s blog here.
The shoot took place at The Shoreditch Studios, London. The room we were working in was a large versatile space, even with a stylish kitchen at one end! I've not been to a studio like that before!
I could see myself doing any kind of shoot there... Its a vibrant place with many studios that a lot of magazines use... I didn't know who I was going to bump into next!
The photographer for the shoot was Lorna Roach, styling by Bronagh Meere and hair and makeup by Jolanda Coetzer. The spread is in the current copy of OK magazine now!
Here are some of my behind the scenes photos!
