Holding space: words from my workshop attendees
Holding space for others to access their own truths and wisdom is one of the most meaningful things I get to do.
Sometimes what it takes for us to find clarity on a situation, a desire or path is pressing pause on the everyday, dropping into stillness and flowing into some conscious, creative exploration.
I love offering and sharing this work in circle, because when we do it together we get to be held in that process, hear from one another, be witnessed, realise we are not alone and come back to ourselves. We recognise where we need to make changes in our lives, and what there is to celebrate too!
It can be so easy to just keep going, waiting till we feel ready or have time to slow down and connect with our interior experience when we’re always going it alone.
My workshops are crafted with care and love to unlock insight, conjure imagination, and build momentum in the direction of what moves you, together.
Not every workshop or group I run is shared on social. In this post are three sweet testimonials from some of the peeps who came along to a January group session!
Make Space is my current offering, it’s a four month journey to reconnect with creativity and start making the art that’s in your heart 💙
With two gatherings per month, we flow through a combo of powerful workshop sessions (focussed on contacting creativity, filling the well, building healthy boundaries to honour the needs of your artist self) as well as make-a-long days to actually get to work on our art (/experiments) together! It’s going to be playful, deep and beautiful.
