Personal Brand Photography in Surrey - Anna Anderson - Life & Health Coach
Earlier this year I had the joy of working with life & health coach, Anna Anderson. This was our second shoot following our first in 2019, and since then Annas thriving business has deepened and evolved in new ways over the past 18 months with the launch of her book From the Inside Out, membership community and more. She was ready to reflect that through her imagery and speak to her clients and audience from where she’s at now.
Coach, podcast host, and author, Anna works with women to shed the destructive cycles of dieting and self-sabotage that’s been keeping them stuck.
She’s supported hundreds of women to connect with their real needs, identify what their soul is truly hungry for, and stop settling for a smaller life. As a wife, mother, business owner, and human woman in this culture, she’s very familiar with the toxic pressures, roles and beauty standards we’re surrounded and conditioned by, and knows from personal experience just how harmful they are. We wanted to create vibrant portraits and story telling imagery that resonates with the themes Anna speaks about, plus insights into Annas life and business. Together in our pre-shoot calls, we clarified our intentions and our shot list, drawing on Annas real life activities and interests. Our last shoot took place in Brighton and an urban vibe. This time we wanted to bring in more nature, and sought a gorgeous location near where she’s based in Surrey! Here are a few of my favourite photos from our shoot.
